We provide a wide range of full-service design services on new builds and remodeling projects.
We believe homes, workspaces, and gathering spaces should feel accessible and intimate, practical and refined.
When we refer to interior design, we mean the curation, selection, and oversight of installation of textiles and other materials, colors, small fixtures, and furnishings. Our interiors team works closely with our architects on space planning and sustainability and is deeply skilled and knowledgeable in areas such as textile, furniture, and lighting design.
We design strong, sophisticated, confidently styled spaces that favor quality over trends. We shy away from concepts that are too formal or fussy. In homes and in public, we know how to design spaces that are welcoming, comfort-driven, and elevated at once.
Our Offerings
Full-Service Interior Architecture + Design
Our most comprehensive and robust service, full-service interior architecture and design, also known as “turnkey design,” is our core offering for remodels or new builds.
Our team handles the whole interior design process, from conceptualization through design administration during construction. Our interior designers work closely with Artisans Group’s architects and planners when the project calls for structural design, additions, roofline changes, new or remodeled exterior concepts, and permitting support.
This offering includes:
- Fundamental and aesthetic design or redesign of a space
- 2D and 3D planning and visualization
- Sourcing and design of all finishes
- Custom design of soft goods, casework, and art
- Furniture and accessory sourcing, and styling
- Construction administration: consulting with and supporting your contractor and work under construction.
Full-Service Styling & Accessories
The right furniture and accessories can make a significant impact on the look and feel of a space, how you live in or move through it, and how people interact with it. For a profound transformation without major construction, we provide full-service styling.
For an hourly rate, our team manages the style execution, from concept through selection. We take the guesswork and stress out of the process.
This offering includes:
- Space planning tailored to your needs and optimal use of each space
- Fundamental design or redesign of furniture layouts
- Some light renovation elements, such as wall treatments, millwork, plumbing trim (faucets, etc.), or new lighting
- Design, customization, and selection of furnishings and accessories (art, rugs, lamps, window treatments, and other styling elements)
