Jason Taellious

Jason thrives in the areas of risk management and problem solving, typically working with clients at the beginning and at the end of their time with the firm. 

His area of expertise is to guide challenging projects through feasibility and permitting.   After analyzing building and zoning codes, coordinating relevant specialists, and negotiating with permitting jurisdictions he translates the resulting information for our design team and project general contractors to help maximize the potential of our clients’ projects.

Design, he says, is “the process of taking the melange of a problem, goals and restrictions, then developing an outcome that delivers you to the other side. Sometimes the outcome is novel, but novel isn’t requisite. My favorite design is when the outcome inspires a complex range of emotions, but also just joy.”
