Rachel Weber

AIA, ARCHITECT, LEEP AP

“I'm lucky to feel curious about the possible solutions to each new design problem.”

Rachel has more than a decade of design and project management experience leading commercial, civic, and residential projects.

She’s poetic about the atmosphere of the spaces she designs—and we love her for it. “I feel like a spatial editor. I spend a lot of time thinking about and refining how a space feels to be in and how that feeling is shaped by its construction. I work on using my technical knowledge to carry projects forward from an idea to a space that positively affects people.”

She defines design as a way to solve problems, noting that, as architects, “we do it with space and form.” Rachel is driven—by materials, by her commitment to sustainability, by her curiosity-activated approach. Her default mode is to approach things with inquisitiveness and a fresh perspective. “I'm most proud,” she says, “of being able to look at each new design problem with new eyes.”
