An iconic gable form cantilevers over patios and decks below that overlook Henderson Bay. Here the clients can soak in the sun, or lounge next to a fireplace on cozy rainy days. Metal roofing and siding wrap the second story contributing to the longevity and low maintenance of the home while wood siding on the main floor softens the entry and embraces those using the outdoors. 

Passive House prefab construction and high-performance windows provide continual comfort, exceptional indoor air quality and ample daylight. Solar panels help offset the home’s already reduced energy usage.
