She’s a true digits-and-spreadsheets person who has a facility with numbers but also a deep understanding of how to make sense of them in the context of our work.
Shellie describes her approach to work as data-driven, solution-focused, and analytical; she thrives on creating order. “There is no better feeling,” she says, “than turning an accounting mess into clear, actionable reports that empower business owners to make informed decisions.”
Not that she isn’t connected to what we do. Shellie describes design as “a powerful form of expression that brings creativity and purpose together. As an accountant, I work with structure and numbers, so I appreciate the artistry that others bring to the table.
