Squaxin Island Tribe Hotel and Masterplan

The 10-acre site along Highway 101 will feature a new roundabout at the current Public Works drive. A hotel, convenience store, and gas station
will anchor the site, with smaller businesses offering dining and coffee, and green spaces encouraging people to roam. Throughout the site, design elements like weaving, murals, decorative paddles, cedar trees, and local plants celebrate the area's history and culture.

HOTEL
The 112-room Holiday Inn Express & Suites will include a conference center, indoor pool, and outdoor patio. Murals, motifs, and natural materials will share and celebrate the tribe’s cultural stories.

AMENITIES
A centrally located park, picnic shelter, and dog park invite visitors to enjoy the outdoors, while two fast-food restaurants and a coffee shop offer convenient dining. Art installations, covered walkways, and a bridge provide spaces to explore and experience the site.

GAS STATION
The 16-pump fuel station and 8,000-square-foot convenience store will offer easy access for travelers, with a card lock station, RV and trailer parking, and short-term parking for semi-trucks.
