222 Market
Artisans Group teamed up with the building owners and a local chef during concept design to create the vision for an artisan food hall in a 1940s-era building that was originally the home of Olympia’s Packard car dealership. The compelling design work was key to attracting a number of new local, independent merchants, including an oyster bar, bone broth, gelateria, pantry and flower shop. Artisans Group also completed the construction, opening up the building’s interior to make better use of an existing atrium and an update to the exterior, to create a vibrant gathering space that is already playing a role in downtown Olympia’s revitalization.
