As our company has grown, new employees have joined us, and with more client meetings happening throughout the day- our small space was no longer meeting our needs. We recently undertook an office remodel, and although it was disruptive, it was well worth it! Our new meeting table is more contemporary and large enough to lay out four sets of plans. We now have five design and drafting stations, three of which are standing desks with stools and wide screen monitors, to accommodate our growing team. We decided to walk the talk with all upgraded LED lighting and more modern finishes throughout. In summary, we are now able to meet all of our current needs with a thoughtful redesign rather than expanding or moving.
