Above our new HQ location in Tumwater, we built six luxury apartments in the first Phius-certified mixed-use building in the Olympia-Lacey-Tumwater area.

Passive design is super efficient, with such tight insulation that every part of your apartment—from the top of the vaulted ceiling to the corner of the closet in the bedroom—will stay the same temperature all winter and summer.
