Little Oly was put on hold last year, and now it is back on target to start construction soon. We made some improvements to the design to help the budget! The floor plan stayed very similar but we eliminated the loft and simplified the structure. We are excited about the new clarity of concept and ever simplified program. Tiny yet terrific, this Passive House packs a punch!
