We are so close to completing this project and are thrilled to share it with you. This is one of our Pocket Homes, house models specifically pre-designed to offer our clients the power punch of affordability AND ultra-smart features to give the most beautiful home per square foot.
The lucky home owners of the Ballard Haus, a retired military couple with a young daughter, contacted us from their home in New York where they sought some modifications to their current 3-bedroom home. Their goal was to transform it into a 2-bedroom with an inviting library near the entryway, and they got that and more! What has resulted is a compact, cost-effective and lovely living space that provides both the heartwarming homey feel with a modern elegance that is achieved through extra tall ceilings and windows, windows, windows! The way the light enters this home makes the whole room glow in the dreamiest way.
We are happy with the perfect trifecta of comfort, beauty and efficiency that the Ballard Haus Pocket Home achieves.
