What is the Tour of Homes?
Great question! The 2019 Tour of Homes is a self-guided tour of new and remodeled homes finished by some of the finest craftspeople throughout the South Puget Sound region. It's a chance for you to walk through the projects and get a feeling for different designs, different construction methods and this is a great opportunity for you to meet some of the people behind the newest residential projects in the region.
Where is the 2019 Tour of Homes?
Another fantastic question! You're good at this.
Because the Tour of Homes is a self-guided tour, the Olympia Master Builders prints a map in The Olympian, provides a .pdf of the map on the Tour of Homes website, and provides complimentary extra maps at each Tour of Homes location.
Is the 2019 Tour of Homes Free?
Yes.
Thanks to the generosity of community sponsors like Olympia Federal Savings, Puget Sound Energy, Mixx 96 fm, Olympia Nissan and Teresa Fierro of Farmers Insurance (and more!), the 2019 Tour of Homes is completely free to the public.
Does the Tour of Homes have rules?
The homes on the Tour are, for the most part, private residences. Please be respectful of their spaces.
Please remove shoes or wear the shoe coverings provided.
If you're enjoying the Tour of home with your child or children, please be alert to potential problems. The homes have not been prepared with child safety as a primary consideration.
If you have a pet with you, please leave your pet(s) outside.
Please ask questions.
And please have a good time.
We look forward to seeing you this weekend!
