Dillinger’s Rum Room

An expansion for a prohibition era cocktail bar and restaurant that doubled the size and added a rum room that is a popular booking for private parties. The interiors are inspired by old Havana-inspired décor with a dark mahogany bar, copper highlights and details that reflect the original architectural style of the 1927 bank building. Lush, tall banquettes line the wall and the eye catching bar puts the craft cocktails front and center.
