A whole house remodel for a family home on the bay. The kitchen was the impetus for this project. Its outdated layout was the size of a small apartment kitchen, not one appropriate for a 3,000sf family home. The cramped, awkward space was opened up and expanded. The creamy white perimeter cabinets mixed with a stained cherry island and dark, textured oak flooring, Carrara marble counter tops, architecturally compelling coffered ceilings, and beaded wainscot panels set the stage for a light, upscale beach décor that complements the breathtaking water and territorial views.
