Class Description:

This Construction Course is part of the Green Envelope Series. A one-day seminar on construction using insulating concrete form (ICF) systems. Class is a mix of instructor-led classroom presentations and hands-on “best practice” training. Applies to both residential and light commercial structures.

Presented by:

Jonathan Campbell, PhD.; LEED AP is a consultant in whole systems design for high-performance energy efficient buildings. Jonathan is a certified trainer for ICF’s and owner of EverGreen Depot, Washington’s Amvic distributor.

Who should attend:

Builders & Contractors, Construction Trades people, Architects, Owner-builders, Students & Apprentices.

Course Includes:

Benefits of ICF construction, design & technical specifications, building practices, including multi-story & below grade application, bracing, concrete placement, waterproofing, interior wall coverings, efficiency in construction, & estimating.
